Danny Ray Spaulding has served at St. Catherine Farm since he was a teen and was hired as the Farm Manager in 1987. He is a Springfield, KY, native with a long family history in the rolling fields of the Bluegrass State.
Danny Ray has been the driving force behind many of the recent farm innovations, creating alliances with the University of Kentucky, Kentucky Proud, the Kentucky Farm Bureau, and more to bring planet-friendly, high-quality farm technology to work on this historic farm.
April Donathan serves as the Farm’s accountant.
